Restaurant and Bars

Dining

The Myrtle offers two separate dining areas both with spectacular sea views across the Loch to the Isle of Skye and the Outer Hebrides. In the evenings the restaurants are bathed in sunlight as the sun sets spectacularly directly in front of The Myrtle.

Our extensive menu features everything from freshly caught seafood to highland reared venison, whilst our specials board adapts to suit seasonally changing fresh local produce. Scotland offers some of the finest ingredients in the UK. We offer traditional comforting home-cooked meals with a modern take on Scottish classic dishes.

At The Myrtle we try to source the best produce available whether that be local or slightly further afield, to ensure our menu reflects the best that Scotland has to offer.

We have a comprehensive well stocked wine cellar to compliment your meal. A member of staff will always be on hand to help with your selection.

After your meal why not enjoy a malt whisky from our extensive selection. You will find we have a good choice, to which we are constantly adding. Give us a call on 01445 712004 to book your table.

Bars

At The Myrtle we have 3 bars. Our Lounge Bar affords panoramic views across the Loch to the Isle of Skye and the Outer Hebrides. This is a very popular area for a light meal or a few drinks anytime of the day.

The Public Bar is very popular with the locals it has darts, juke box and pool table. Everyone is welcome to join the craic.

Our Function Room bar is kept well stocked for that private dinner or party and is able to cater for up to 120 people seated. Give us a call on 01445 712004 to discuss your requirements.

Our beer garden is also a very popular area to sit and enjoy the views especially in the summer months as the sun is setting across the loch bathing the Isle of Skye and the Outer Hebrides in outstanding hues of pink and orange.
